Our fabulous Kookaburra Playgroup team will be opening the doors for holiday playtime. There will be the usual fun along with story time and light refreshments.

Build a Mind Lego robotics Workshop

Friday  the 5th of October 12:30-2:30pm

At Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre recommended age- 8-14 yrs. of age

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

A fast-paced, fun and engaging robotics workshop using Lego Mindstorms aimed at introducing kids to the terminology, software and hardware involved in robotics. The workshop is based on a challenge of building a sumo robot to compete in a battle at the end of the day.

Bits & Bobs craft Workshop

Tuesday 2nd October 10:00 -12pm

NDIS Peer Support Group

2nd Wednesday of each month

10-11:30 at Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre

A peer support group for parent’s, carers and participants on the NDIS. This will be supported by workers from Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre, Mountains Outreach community service, Ability Links SSI and Northcott Early Links.

Do you like reading with children?

New Volunteer Community Readers always welcome to assist students at Hazelbrook Public school.
